Accounts Assistants (AR)

The Job
You will be responsible for the accounts receivable functions such as billings, receipting, project recoverables, audit schedules, bank reconciliation as well as assist in closing of accounts. In addition, you will assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required.
The Person
You should possess minimum GCE ‘O’ Level and LCCI in Accounting or its equivalent with at least 2 years’ relevant experience. You should be meticulous, organized and proficient in MS Excel. Experience in SAP would be advantageous.

Admin Assistant (Corporate Communications)
Closing Date: 31 Dec 2011
The Job
You will assist in providing administrative support to the Corporate Communications Department. Your duties include monitoring daily news, setting up proper records and systems, basic finance supports, assisting in corporate communications events as well as performing research duties.
The Person
You should possess minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years’ relevant experience. To succeed in this role, you should be proficient in basic spoken and written English and Mandarin, in MS Office, highly organised, diligent and have good interpersonal skills.
