Curator
Reporting to the Senior Curator, you will be responsible for the supervision and installation of the art pieces in CapitaLand.
Responsibilities
- Help maintain CapitaLand’s art database. 
- Assist in organizing events, such as exhibitions and art competitions. 
- Assist in acquisition, research and documentation. 
- Arrange for the conservation of art pieces where necessary. 
- Co-ordinate and/or supervise the display of art pieces including installation of sculptures 
- Other ad hoc projects.
Requirements
- Relevant degree e.g. History of Art. 
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a gallery or museum. 
- Good writing and speaking skills. 
- Self-motivated and independent. 
- Effectively bilingual (English and Chinese)

Senior / Executive, Cost & Contract
• Assist Regional Head on all regions project matters 
• Responsible for Region Contract Administration through reviewing of tender / contract document & involve in the tendering process including procurement 
• Provide technical support to regional cost and contract team through fomalising process and SOP for regional cost and contract activities 
.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying from a recognized University 
• Min 5 years’ experience with some retail mall quantity surveying and contracts experience 
• Strong technical expertise in terms of quantity surveying required for property management 
• Possess strong analytical and excellent interpersonal skills 
• Drive initiatives set up for the team 
• Meticulous with an eye for details & and able to communicate with people of all levels 
• Able to read and write Chinese 

Executive, Audit
As part of a team who contributes to the ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of the Group, you will be responsible for conducting financial and operational audit of the companies within the Group.  These include process documentation, risk identification & assessment, evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and ensuring compliance with established Group policies and procedures. You are expected to be able to interpret audit results, develop value-adding recommendations to mitigate the risks and prepare audit reports.  You will also be required to research into new audit techniques and contribute towards continuing initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls in the Group.
Requirements
• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification 
• Preferably CPA / CIA / CFE 
• At least 2 - 3 years of audit experience in a large organisation or an international public accounting firm. 
• Exposure to hospitality, residential, commercial or retail business audits is preferable. 
• Proficiency in written & spoken English and Mandarin.  Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage 
• Good knowledge and understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and familiarity with organisational best practices 
• Willingness to travel overseas extensively

Executive, IT Audit
As part of a team who contributes to the ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of the Group, you will be responsible for conducting IT audit of the companies within the Group.  These include information consolidation, risk identification & assessment, evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and ensuring compliance with established Group policies and procedures. You are expected to be able to interpret audit results, develop value-adding recommendations to mitigate the risks and prepare audit reports.  You will also be required to research into new audit techniques and contribute towards continuing initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls in the Group.

Requirements
• Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent professional qualification 
• 1 - 2 years of experience in IT, IT Audit, and/or IT Security 
• Exposure to data analysis tools / financial systems is preferred 
• Proficiency in written & spoken English and Mandarin (to liaise with our China offices) 
• Good knowledge and understanding of IT and corporate governance, regulatory compliance and familiarity with IT and organisational best practices


Executive, End User Computing
You will be part of the End User Computing Support team, meeting CapitaLand’s needs in the area of end-user computing, asset management and procurement.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain software and associated hardware, in accordance with technical specifications.   
- Communicate with system users; and investigate, trouble-shoot, and resolve IT related problems within the SLA. 
- Implement and effectively utilize relevant tools to continuously enhance the management and capabilities of the organization’s EUC environment.             
- Liaise with vendors for procurement
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines 
- At least 2 years of experience in IT 
- Certification in ITIL, CITPM/PMP and MCP is a plus 
- Excellent analytical skills and PC technical knowledge 
- Possess problem solving skills and analytical mindset     
- Ability and willingness to work effectively in a team
