Keppel Land Management Associate Programme (MAP)

The Keppel Land Management Associate Programme is a 24-month programme to develop young talents for the organisation. The Programme, which comprises job rotations, core training and mentoring, is structured to equip the MA with the exposure, knowledge and networks to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel Land.
You can choose to do either a Business (holistic broad-based development) or Specialist track.

• Business track: You will be given exposure to different business areas through two 12-month stints with different departments, e.g. Property Management and Marketing.
• Specialist track: You will get in-depth knowledge about a particular business area through two 12-month stints with different product teams e.g. BD with Commercial or Residential teams.
Business areas which you may be exposed to include:
• Business Development
• Corporate Development
• Finance
• Investor Relations & Research
• K-REIT Investments / Asset Management
• Marketing
• Project Management
• Property Management

Core Training The core training programme is designed to help you to assimilate quickly into the organisation. Over the course of your MAP journey, the following courses have been lined up for you:

• First day induction
• Keppel Land Orientation
• Keppel Group Orientation
• Internal Functional Training
• Introduction to Real Estate
• Values-in-Action Program
You will also have ample opportunities to further enhance your knowledge through specific training courses related to your line of work. 

Mentorship You will be assigned a mentor who will provide overall guidance on personal/career development and related matters. There will also be a Programme Manager who will provide you with HR support during the course of the programme. The Programme Manager will work closely with you to realise your career aspirations and potential.

NetworkYour MAP experience will start from the day you sign the offer letter. Even before you officially come onboard, you will be invited to staff events where you will get to meet and interact with colleagues and senior management staff alike. You will also be invited to participate in cross functional task forces, welfare committees and other forums with colleagues from Keppel Group. These are excellent opportunities for networking and developing camaraderie. You may have what it takes to be a Keppel Land MA if you: • Possess (or expect to graduate with) a 2nd Class Honours/ Cum laude degree in *related disciplines from a good university • Have less than 2 years' work experience • Have demonstrated leadership potential through involvement in co-curricular activities or personal interest groups • Desire to excel in the real estate industry *Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Project & Facilities Management, Business, Accountancy, Economics Application process: 

Selection for MAP 2011 has concluded. Application will open in Jan/ Feb 2012 for the 2012 intake.
